One night, a bear attacks the village sheep pen. Yunus suspects it is the same bear that killed his father. When the villagers organize a hunt and bar him from joining, he slips into the forest alone. Yunus tracks and slays the bear, but darkness traps him overnight. By dawn, wolves have torn the carcass apart; finding him beside the mauled remains, the villagers refuse to believe he made the kill.
