Sibel's husband is hospitalized due to liver failure and is waiting for an organ transplant. Due to the urgency of his condition, Sibel searches for a donor on her own. Although her husband's older brother Osman seems to be a suitable donor, past disagreements, health issues and his wife's opposition makes the situation more difficult. Selling milk to pay off Osman's debts, Sibel starts adding water into the milk to earn more money as time runs out.
