Based on true events, Night of Blindness is the second film in Reis Çelik’s "Night trilogy". Set three days after Turkey's 1980 military coup, the story follows fugitive militant leader Fatma, who seeks refuge in a construction site. A worker conceals her inside a hollow column shaft awaiting concrete. As soldiers interrogate the crew just inches away, only a wooden board separates hunter from hunted. At dawn, a cement mixer arrives, preparing to pour concrete into the empty columns.
