Workers, who come to Ankara for the onion harvest, are trying to overcome various difficulties while trying to hold on to life. The film shapes around a generator that is used as a metaphor for hope and works only for 2 hours a day. In this short time, workers tell their stories amidst the chaos of work, perseverance and struggle to catch up with life. They forget their troubles, get away from their daily problems and step into a whole different world with the light emitted by the electricity.
