In the medical literature, a good death is the one that respects the privacy, wishes and needs of the individual, giving him/her sufficient time to say goodbye. Founded in 2007, the Wish Ambulance Foundation has been working to ensure that terminal patients with limited time to live have a “good” death. The film follows Wim Beuving, a terminal patient with limited lifetime, as he meets Frank Halter, a volunteer working to fulfill his last wishes.
