Sevim has been working at Ayten's house for many years, having an organisational role in the house. She also provides financial support to her daughter Demet and son in law Sermet. Ayten's Kosovan caregiver Lena has an accident, which triggers some legal problems. Ayten forces Sevim to convince Lena. In the meantime, Demet wants to replace Lena and asks Sevim to persuade Ayten. However Sevim faces some moral and conscientious contradictions.
