In 1990s Iraq, 9-year-old Lamia is assigned by her teacher to prepare a birthday cake for Saddam. With the help of her grandmother, little Lamia goes to the city to find the necessary ingredients, but the journey to the city and the search for ingredients is far from easy for her.
